The hotel's main dining venue, El Arrecife, offers variety with theme nights throughout the week. Tentazione, the poolside grill, has snacks and fresh entrees. Get your sushi fix at Suki, the resort's Asian restaurant. There is even two Hibachi stations (like Benihana) where they will cook your food right in front of you while performing entertaining knife tricks. Most restaurants are casual, but you will need one set of dress up clothes for your fine dinning experience at Desire Resort.

Everyday about 4:00pm the rooftop spa becomes heated... and we are not talking about the water tempature. As the crowd files two by two up the three flights of stairs to the rooftop Jacuzzi Lounge, the erotic experience becomes unleashed.
